2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.)
- We offer various shipping options (e.g., standard ground, expedited) based on carrier availability. Estimated delivery times do not include processing time.
- Standard Ground Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility, but this can vary by location and carrier conditions.
2.2 Byrna Products
- Byrna products typically ship via ground service due to restrictions on CO2 cartridges.
- Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier restrictions, and your location.
2.3 International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping for Byrna products or other items. We currently ship only within the United States, subject to state and local restrictions (see Section 3).
2.4 Shipping Delays
- Delays can occur due to high order volume, inclement weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
3. Shipping Restrictions and Compliance
3.1 Restricted Locations
- Some U.S. states or municipalities prohibit or restrict shipments of non-lethal self-defense products (including Byrna launchers, projectiles, or CO2 cartridges). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates local, state, or federal laws.
- Currently, Byrna does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories. Check Byrna’s guidelines for specific restricted locations. If your address is in one of these areas, we will not be able to ship Byrna products to you.
3.2 California Compliance
- We ship to California addresses, including Fresno. However, some local laws or ordinances may impose additional restrictions on self-defense products. It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing, possessing, or using any Byrna product is legal in your locality.
3.3 Signature Requirement
- For high-value or regulated items, we may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the designated shipping address.
4. Shipping Costs and Fees
4.1 Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight/size of the package, and the destination.
- Promotional offers for free or discounted shipping may be available at times and apply as stated in the promotion details.
4.2 Duties and Taxes
- Since we currently ship only within the United States, there are no international duties or taxes. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged based on your shipping address.

- Inspect all packages upon arrival. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. You are encouraged to file a claim with the carrier if you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered.
6.3 Carrier Delays
- Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times and potential delays are beyond our control. We are not liable for any carrier-related issues. However, we will assist you in tracking and communicating with the carrier where possible.
